We are looking for a skilled **Backend QA Engineer** to join our Core Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend API testing, performance testing, and integration testing between backend systems and frontend applications. The role involves ensuring reliability and performance of backend services while identifying bottlenecks across layers. * Design and execute **test plans** and **test cases** for backend APIs and microservices. * Perform **manual and automated testing** of RESTful APIs using tools like **Postman** , **Selenium** , or **Katalon**. * Conduct **load testing** , **stress testing** , and **performance benchmarking** using tools such as **JMeter** or **Locust**. * Collaborate with Android, iOS, and backend developers to perform **end-to-end integration testing**. * Implement automated regression tests and document test results and prepare clear, actionable QA report **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience as a **QA Engineer** , with a focus on **backend/API testing**. * Strong hands-on experience with **Postman** , **Selenium** , or **Katalon**. * Experience with **performance testing tools** (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust). * Understanding of **HTTP protocols, REST APIs, and websockets** * Strong debugging and analytical skills to isolate backend vs. frontend issues. * Knowledge of **SQL** and basic database validation is a plus. * Familiarity with **Python or JavaScript-based testing frameworks**. * Exposure to **Cloud environments (AWS/GCP)** for environment-based testing. * Understanding of **monitoring tools** like Grafana or Prometheus. **Benefits** * Competitive pay that matches your skills and experience * Family Health Insurance * Paid Time Off to recharge and relax * Work-Life Balance and a supportive environment * Delicious meals provided to keep you fueled * Stay active with convenient, on-site fitness facilities
