MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Expand and improve our codebase by writing clean, quality PHP code supported by tests. - Contribute to technical discussions and share ideas on design decisions. - Build and maintain APIs that are intuitive and developer-friendly. - Collaborate with other teams to deliver fully functional features and quality code-based solutions for our product. - Refactor, improve, and maintain the existing codebase while adding new functionality. - Follow and promote good coding practices, continuous delivery, and technical excellence. - Participate in task grooming, helping to define and break down work into manageable tasks.   CORE REQUIREMENTS - At least 4+ years of experience working with PHP. - Good understanding of OOP principles and clean code design. - Experience with REST API design and (My)SQL practices. - Knowledge of Docker, RabbitMQ, and Redis is a plus. - Working with Git is nothing new. - Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar daily for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and debugging, and you take full ownership of every output. - Engaged team player committed to contributing to the development and maintenance of a high-performing team. - Clear, proactive communicator who works well in a cross-functional environment.   BONUS POINTS FOR - Hands-on experience of migration from Laravel to Symfony. - Knowledge of CQRS. - Good knowledge of Plain PHP. - Knowledge about OpenTelementry.   TECH STACK - PHP 8.2 - SLIM/Laravel/Symfony with Eloquent ORM - MySQL - RabbitMQ - Redis - GitLab CI - Docker - AI/Claude code, Nexos.ai - AWS ECS
