If you enjoy discovering new technologies, tackling challenging problems, and utilizing AI-assisted tools, this position is perfect for you. **Requirements** **What You’ll Do:** * Develop, maintain, and scale backend services and APIs utilizing Python & FastAPI. * Guarantee that APIs are **secure, efficient, and thoroughly documented**. * Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT. * Design and manage **structured databases** to ensure data integrity, optimal performance, and scalability. * Work closely with frontend and product teams to achieve smooth integrations. * Research and apply cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) as preferred. * Engage in code reviews and promote best practices for writing **clean, scalable, and maintainable code**. * Utilize AI-driven development tools like Windsurf, Claude, and GPT to enhance productivity. * Take initiative in solving problems, experiment boldly, and improve processes independently without relying solely on assigned tasks. **What We’re Looking For:** * Strong expertise in Python & FastAPI. * Solid understanding of **JavaScript and Python-based frameworks**. * Proficiency with Git and **best practices in version control**. * Deep knowledge of **structured databases, backend architecture, and data modeling**. * Extensive experience with **secure API design and authentication/authorization** methods. * Ability to create **clear, context-rich documentation** for APIs and backend systems. * Curious, self-driven, and proactive attitude — beyond merely completing assigned tasks. * Passion for learning new technologies, experimenting, and refining workflows. * Strong communication skills and team collaborat
