Must Have
English language proficiency required, BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical area of study, or equivalent practical experience, 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer/developer, with a focus on backend development, Proficiency in Python, experience with databases, SQL, and database optimization techniques, Experience working with microservices architecture, Familiarity with API design principles and RESTful services, Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, collaboration and communication abilities, with the capability to work in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, Experience/certification with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform, Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Knowledge of message queues and streaming platforms, such as Apache Kafka, Understanding of caching mechanisms and performance optimization techniques, Experience with performance testing and profiling tools, Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks
