What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in backend or software engineering roles. Experience building scalable backend systems in distributed environments. Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Hands-on experience with Java (preferably Java 17) and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data. Understanding of databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, and experience with SQL optimization. Experience with caching and messaging systems such as Redis and RabbitMQ. Familiarity with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS. Knowledge of object-oriented design, system design, and software engineering best practices. Experience with high-availability systems, performance tuning, and non-functional requirements such as reliability and maintainability.
