About the role Financial Automation is a newly formed team within the Revenue Assurance group, sitting at the intersection of engineering, finance, and commercial operations. We build and own the systems that automate critical financial processes - fiscalization (tax reporting), e-invoicing, and other financial flows - directly impacting Bolt's global financial operations and regulatory compliance across markets. As a Backend Engineer, you'll be a founding member of the team, designing, building and launching backend solutions for a brand-new domain. You'll architect, build, and launch the backend platforms that power Bolt's financial automation - coding mainly in Node.js and TypeScript (don't worry, you don't need to know Node.js beforehand!).
