Must Have
Foundations in computer science or a related discipline, Experience in back-end engineering, ideally within fast-paced, production-critical environments, Proficient in one or more widely used back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, C++, Python, etc. ), Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs and distributed systems, Comfortable driving architectural decisions and technical strategy, Write clean, maintainable code and have high standards for software quality, Communicate clearly in English
Nice to Have
GraphQL and OpenAPI experience is a plus, Experience with cloud infrastructure, security/compliance, or healthcare data standards (FHIR)
What You'll Do.
Scaling Nabla’s AI-driven healthcare platform
Taking ownership of key components of our back-end systems
and evolving server-side applications and APIs
Leading complex integrations with external partners
especially Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Continuously improving and optimizing back-end architecture and developer experience
Contributing to architectural discussions and influencing long-term technical decisions
Delivering impactful end-to-end features
