What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of backend development experience, proficiency in Go or Python, Solid understanding of system design principles, Experience with Kafka (or similar streaming platforms), Proven experience delivering large technical projects, focus on maintaining high code quality, participating in thorough code review processes, Experience working in the capital/trading market, B2+ English

Nice to Have

Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Familiarity with Redis, Familiarity with DynamoDB, Familiarity with Kubernetes, Familiarity with AWS (or similar cloud platforms), Experience working in high-load systems, Hands-on experience in concurrent programming, understanding of thread synchronization approaches
