Must Have
Proven experience in Cadastre, Digitization or/and Redaction projects., At least 3 years of experience in a Back Office team supervision or management position., Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel, and experience using database management systems., Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, manage a team, and solve problems., Attention to detail, consistency, and organizational thinking., Good knowledge of English language.
Nice to Have
Experience in data entry, document management or BPO environment., Good understanding of quality control (QA/QC) processes., Familiarity with ERP or project management systems.
