Who will you be working with? You will be part of the Commercial and Sales Operations team, working closely with Sales, Finance, Wabtec plants, and cross-functional internal teams. In this role, you will act as a central coordination point, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between internal stakeholders and customers. How will you make a difference? As a Back-Office Sales Specialist, you will support the commercial organization by managing pricing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating key sales activities. You will contribute to operational efficiency, support decision-making through data insights, and ensure that sales processes are executed effectively and in compliance with company standards. What will your typical day look like? * Support the achievement of commercial and administrative objectives and initiate corrective actions when needed. * Prepare, manage, and maintain pricing documentation, including standard aftermarket offers across customers and product groups. * Develop, analyze, and distribute sales reports covering pricing, volumes, customer data, and market trends. * Support the development and execution of sales strategies aligned with business goals. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures. * Coordinate commercial activities and information flow between plants, internal teams, and customers. * Monitor pricing parameters and track deviations from approved annual guidelines. * Follow up on commercial disputes and ensure timely resolution with relevant stakeholders. * Identify and escalate potential commercial risks proactively. Process Management (TSG & OE Sales): * Manage and update S&O TSG entries, including tracking won/lost opportunities. * Coordinate GO/NO‑GO and Bid/No‑Bid review processes. * Support CPQ and SISCAT request submissions. * Lead follow-up of CPQ offer processes to ensure timelines and alignment. * Organize and facilitate tender review meetings. * Support w
