College Graduate, Fresh graduates are welcome to no prior experience is required, Amenable on shifting / rotational schedule., Willing to work onsite in Vertis, North Quezon City.

What You'll Do.

Researches and responds to customer requests

Ensures compliance with client

and Association rules

Utilizes extensive knowledge of banking products

Updates and documents cardholder accounts

Recognizes potential fraud

collection and chargeback issues

Assists with routine updates and documentation

Follows client policies and procedures to validate report disputes

Determines/recognizes basis of cardholder requests

Follows basic client standards/policies/procedures
