What You'll Achieve.
Ensure every vehicle is safe, clean, functional, and ready for adventure; Ensure vehicles meet Indie Campers’ quality standards; Ensure vehicles are ready for customer check-in; Ensure efficient operation of the depot

Physically active role, Ability to lift up to 15-20 kg, Work in varying weather conditions, Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in cleaning, logistics, warehouse, automotive, hospitality, or operations, Work ethic, Attention to detail, Hands-on mindset, Ability to lift, move, and clean vehicles and equipment, Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments, Good communication skills, Willingness to collaborate with Front & Back Office, and Servicing, A driving license (Category B), English, Able to perform active physical tasks throughout the shift: standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions, Comfortable working on their feet for most of the day, moving between cleaning bays, parking areas, and depot work zones, Able to lift or carry equipment, cleaning materials, or accessories (up to 15–20 kg), Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, Able to clean, stage, and inspect vehicles, including tasks requiring bending, kneeling, or overhead reach, Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season periods, adapting to volume changes and operational urgencies
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Clean and prepare vehicles
Perform post-return inspections
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Track shipments and report discrepancies
Move campervans between areas
Maintain a well-organised depot
Assist with fleet checks
Report proactive issues
Collaborate during peak periods
Help with troubleshooting operational issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Front & Back Office, and Servicing; Collaborate during peak periods for deep cleaning or kit preparation; Serve as second-in-command to the City Lead in daily operational continuity
