Must Have
5+ years technical program management, 7+ years working with engineering teams, Manage programs across cross functional teams, Build processes and coordinate release schedules, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Aviation, 10+ years commercial aviation maintenance/engineering, Proficiency with aircraft maintenance systems, Proficiency with reliability tracking systems
Nice to Have
5+ years project management disciplines, Previous fleet management experience, Previous technical leadership experience, Experience with B737, B767, or A330 fleets, Experience with heavy maintenance, Experience with fleet integration programs, Experience with aircraft modification activities, Experience utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, Experience with maintenance analytics platforms, Experience with predictive troubleshooting technologies, Master's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or Business
