What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–6+ years in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a similar engagement and retention-focused role, Proven track record with email, push, and in-app channels: building campaigns, running experiments, and reporting on impact, analytical instincts: comfortable pulling cohort data, building segments, and making decisions from metrics, Experimentation discipline: you know how to run a clean A test, document it, and scale what works, Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar, Builder mindset: you are comfortable owning a program from scratch and figuring things out without a large team beneath you, cross-functional collaborator who enjoys working closely with account managers, operations, product, and design on a daily basis

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Product, and Operations teams; Collaborate with the ads team and fridge launch team to drive new user sign-ups; Organize on-site events with account managers and fridge location contacts; Coordinate with product and ops teams on timing for win-back campaigns; Collaborate with the menu team to communicate changes, new items, and chef promotions; Collaborate with account managers on the promotional calendar; Collaborate with the fridge product team to build automations around loyalty rewards, upsell opportunities, and personalized recommendations; Contribute to account managers' weekly fridge performance reports; Share findings with product and ops teams to inform improvements; working closely with account managers, operations, product, and design on a daily basis
