acquiring new business
conducting customer visits in the field
Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling
meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold calls and door knocks
Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers
Present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies to both current and potential clients
Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers
Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections
uncover customer needs
and leverage industry knowledge to find and close sales opportunities
Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
present products and services that can benefit customers
Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain the revenue stream of assigned complex accounts
