Must Have

7-10+ years of experience with B2B marketing at a strategic level, Experience in demand generation, ABM, and paid media with B2B focus, Understanding of long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and account-based approaches, Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM integration, and attribution in complex B2B setups, Ability to communicate with natural authority in Danish and English, Ability to combine strategic thinking with execution

Nice to Have

Experience from agency, consulting, or client-side, Specific focus on LinkedIn and Google

Act as B2B marketing strategist

Serve as strategic lead and advisor to clients

Set strategic direction for B2B marketing

Define and drive iProspect's B2B offering

and thought leadership

Work with commercial and professional leaders

Be internal authority on B2B marketing

Drive maturity in data usage

Monitor market trends and provide insights

Act as an integrated setup across dentsu; Work closely with commercial and professional leaders; Collaborate across teams and disciplines; Contribute to raising competence levels across the organization
