What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Native Arabic, Fluent English speaker, 5+ years of Growth experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Middle East region, Ownership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI., Entrepreneurial Background: You have a drive and a history of high engagement, ideally in an entrepreneurial endeavor or a similar high-stakes environment., Thrives in Chaos: You are energized by a dynamic, ever-changing environment and can manage multiple work streams without losing focus., The "Jack of All Trades": Broad knowledge in growth marketing, ranging from data analysis and performance knowledge to campaign planning and event organizing., DRI Mentality: Ability to act as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations.
Nice to Have
A second Middle Eastern language like Turkish is a plus, Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management., Product marketing sense and design skills., Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.
