Full Job Description

Join Cosun Ingredients and shape how our plant based ingredients become solutions that customers understand, trust and choose. As B2B Marketing Lead you play a key role in the transition from ingredient supplier to solutions partner. You translate strategy, portfolio and market insights into clear value propositions that strengthen our position and drive commercial growth. You will • Lead and execute the B2B marketing strategy across business lines • Translate customer, market and consumer insights into strong propositions and category stories • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure a consistent, distinctive market presence • Drive demand generation through campaigns, content and sales enablement • Translate complex ingredient expertise into clear, compelling customer value • Monitor performance and continuously improve impact based on data and insights • Lead internal communication to connect strategy, purpose and behaviour across the organisation • Build, coach and develop a high performing marketing team Location: Dinteloord / hybrid Reporting to: Business Director Team: 3 FTE ## Qualifications You are an experienced B2B marketer who knows how to connect strategy to execution and make impact in a complex, international environment.
