Requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA, Will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 5 Years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, experience marketing, or product marketing, 1 year of media production experience
Nice to Have
Experience with dot. vu or similar software, 3 years of experience in enterprise b2b SaaS or services, HR technology or benefits, interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of working well cross-functionally at multiple levels of the organization, Working knowledge of common interactive asset design tools and mediums, including microsites, short-form video, and social posts, Prior success experience developing assets within well-defined brand guidelines, Analytical mindset, adept at tracking performance of created assets, identifying successful elements, monitoring ‘competitive’ examples, and driving continuous improvement
What You'll Do.
Create interactive and experiential B2B marketing assets
Develop assets such as product demonstration videos
Develop and manage interactive asset calendar
and optimize on-site experiences
Manage LinkedIn content strategy and amplification
Define and track success metrics for interactive experiences
Use performance data to refine assets
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works collaboratively with creative, product, and digital marketing roles; Partner with Digital Marketing; Equipping and encouraging Growth Team members to share and engage with posts; Qualitative feedback from sales and client-facing teams
Process & Methodology
Develop and manage towards an interactive asset calendar
