3+ years of experience creating B2B ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns, A portfolio showcasing static ad creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Display, or Meta, Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva, Ability to translate marketing strategy and messaging into compelling visual designs, Understanding of B2B audience conversion principles, including messaging hierarchy, visual attention, and CTA placement, Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT to support ideation and creative workflows
Nice to Have
Experience working with performance marketing or demand generation teams, Familiarity with advertising performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, Experience creating motion graphics or animated ads, Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services marketing, Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Notion

This role is designed for a designer who can take **go-to-market messaging, campaign strategy, and ICP insights** and translate them into **visually compelling ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions.** You will work closely with marketing and growth teams to produce ad creatives used across **LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, and other digital platforms**.
