Full Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and driven B2B Global Sales Training and Enablement Manager to join Bolt for Business. You will help shape how our commercial teams learn, develop, and perform across global markets, building scalable enablement programs that support performance from onboarding through continuous development. This role will play a key part in strengthening how our teams operate and grow as Bolt for Business continues to scale rapidly across 50+ countries. About the role This newly created role sits within the Global Operations team and reports to the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Excellence. You will own how our commercial teams learn, develop and perform - from the moment a new hire joins to the ongoing skills development that keeps our people sharp across 50+ markets. While the primary focus is on Sales and Account Management, this role touches all commercial functions across Bolt for Business globally. Main tasks and responsibilities: Own and run the full onboarding programme for new commercial hires globally - scheduling, facilitation, role play assessments and structured feedback across the first weeks of joining Design and deliver a regular training calendar covering commercial skills, product knowledge, sales methodologies and other key commercial topics (objection handling, negotiation, competitive positioning and more) Maintain and grow our training content library and knowledge management base, keeping everything accurate, engaging and practically useful Build a feedback loop with commercial teams to cont
