As a B2B Customer Specialist for our multinational automotive client, you enjoy the automotive industry and talking shop with your own portfolio of customers. You will move seamlessly between sales and promotions, order taking, and complaint handling to visits offsite with your customers when required. Join Probe CX as a B2B Customer Specialist supporting a premier nationwide automotive trade network. **The Role** Talk Shop with the Pros - Forget cold calling or dealing with angry retail shoppers. You will be looking after a warm, established network of mechanical workshops and trade businesses. Your job is to listen to their needs, order their parts, and introduce them to premium tool ranges - essentially talking shop with mechanics all day. **Key Details** * Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.36pm * Start ASAP * No weekends or public holidays! * Full time 38 hours per week. * Location: La Trobe Street, Melbourne CBD * Australian Based Role * Successful applicants will need to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check * 4 week shutdown period in December January **What You’ll Be Doing** * Manage a portfolio of business customers end to end for a
