Must Have
Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior creative leadership role at a creative and/or media advertising agency, A portfolio demonstrating a track record of conceptualizing, developing, and delivering creative campaigns across multiple channels at scale, Mastery across creative disciplines (copywriting, design, production, strategy, or post-production) with the ability to oversee all functions at a leadership level, Demonstrated success managing and developing large creative teams across multiple accounts and industries, business acumen with experience driving retention, service expansion, and new business wins, Executive-level presentation and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior client stakeholders and internal leadership, Deep understanding of creative best practices, strategic planning, compliance, project management, and operational leadership, A visionary leader with a track record of building culture, inspiring teams, and pushing creative boundaries while delivering measurable business results, Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
