B-2 Flight Manual Manager **The Opportunity:** Provide technical expertise and systems engineering support across the full lifecycle of programs. Bridge warfighter capability needs with acquisition planning, ensuring interoperability, and supporting enterprise-level strategies for requirements, acquisition, and sustainment. Facilitate collaborative processes linking capability needs to materiel solutions. Research program information, provide systems engineering insight, conduct analyses, and prepare briefings. Support interfaces with development planning, technology, intelligence, acquisition, sustainment, and user communities. Assist in defining requirements, developing integrated acquisition and sustainment strategies, and ensuring interoperability across platforms and enterprises. Prepare and review technical documentation, including TEMPs, SEPs, RFPs, SOOs, test plans, LCMP, and milestone documentation. Develop strategies for crosscutting capability requirements and integrated option sets. Provide SME support for Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), such as SRR, PDR, CDR, FCA, SVR, PCA, and TRRs. Prepare Airworthiness Plans, Certification Basis, Compliance Reports, Military Flight Releases, and Military Type Certificates. Develop action plans for resolving Deficiency Reports (DRs) and system safety risks. Prepare Safety Action Records (SARs), System Safety Risk Assessments (SSRAs), and OSS&E documentation.
