What You’ll Do Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality validation activities Support regulatory report generation and exception management processes Participate in business process modeling and documentation efforts Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are considered an asset Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-funct
