Full Job Description
### **Labcorp is seeking a Compliance Associate I to join our team at Yeshwantpur** ### ### Work Schedule ### 2nd Shift - 2PM - 11PM ### Remote based ### ### Job Responsibilities * ### Assist in maintaining systems that store animal welfare and regulatory data. * ### Help prepare documentation for inspections and client visits. * ### Support the tracking of licenses, permits, and certifications. * ### Maintain centralized records and assist with client requests. * ### Coordinate updates to departmental policies and SOPs. * ### Ensure timely completion of assigned training and tasks. * ### Provide basic system support and training to team members. * ### Perform other duties as assigned. ### Minimum Qualifications * ### Associate degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. * ### Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including GLP operations and/or Quality Assurance, preferably within an in vivo research environment. * ### Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. * ### Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * ### Effective verbal and written communication skills. * ### Strong organizational and teamwork skills. * ### Proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems. ### Preferred Qualifications * ### Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. * ### Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or quality systems. * ### Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:** Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
