What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in IT, at least 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Deep expertise in core AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, EKS/ECS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, and Route 53, Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, scripting skills (e. g. , Python, Bash) for automation and operational tasks, Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e. g. , GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline), Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Load Balancing) and security best practices in cloud environments, Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (EKS), Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification is highly preferred
