Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances, Experience working with partners, channels, or ecosystems, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, ability to build and manage relationships at scale, Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions, Excellent organisation, project management, and problem-solving skills, Ability to influence across teams and manage cross-functional initiatives, communication skills across different cultures and regions, Fluency in English required
Nice to Have
cloud experience beneficial but not required, French, Spanish, or Italian strongly preferred, Experience in cloud, SaaS, or technology environments, Familiarity with partner ecosystems (e. g. , MSPs, resellers, integrators), Experience using CRM and analytics tools, Exposure to digital/online or high-tech products/services
What You'll Do.

Build and manage relationships across systems integrators

Support partners in building repeatable cloud and technology practices
Support execution of go-to-market (GTM) and sales motions with partners
Help partners generate pipeline and accelerate deal progression
Contribute to partner-led campaigns
Enable partners across multiple technology stacks and vendor solutions
Execute strategies to nurture and develop a large and diverse partner ecosystem
Drive high-visibility initiatives that improve partner performance and customer outcomes
Support onboarding and lifecycle management of partners
Continuously optimise partner engagement models and processes
Use CRM systems and analytical tools to track partner performance and identify opportunities
Establish and monitor key metrics to drive improvements
Conduct deep dives and impact assessments on business-critical initiatives
Provide structured reporting
