This role is ideal for a senior professional with deep expertise in AWS and backend development using Node.js, who can take ownership of system architecture and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable solutions. You will play a critical role in developing modern distributed systems, leveraging AWS services to build robust APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. The position requires strong hands-on experience, along with the ability to guide architectural decisions, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure best practices across the development lifecycle. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop scalable backend applications using Node.js in a cloud-native environment * Architect and implement solutions using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, and more * Build and manage microservices and serverless architectures for high availability and performance * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless system integrations * Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability * Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product teams * Drive CI/CD implementation and automation for faster and reliable deployments * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability * Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers **What Makes You a Great Fit** * 10+ years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in AWS * Hands-on experience with Node.js for building scalable backend
