Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years quantitative role experience, 6+ years Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience, 6+ years building financial and operational reports experience, 6+ years creating process improvements with automation experience, 6+ years participating in continuous improvement projects experience, 5+ years SOX and/or Audit engagements experience, 5+ years multiple finance and accounting roles experience
Nice to Have
CPA, 6+ years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data experience, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience with financial systems
What You'll Do.
Monitor and resolve negative or aged seller payable
Resolve disbursement issues
Perform detailed reconciliation reporting for invoices
Perform detailed reconciliation reporting for transactions
Lead month-end close activities
Resolve stuck transactions
Resolve billing errors
Maintain operational controls
Maintain alarm thresholds
Maintain documentation
Coordinate AP write-offs
Coordinate exception resolution
Support marketplace projects
Conduct root cause analysis
Drive process improvements
Develop automated solutions
Implement automated solutions
