**General Description:** The electrified all-wheel drive and torque management domain is evolving rapidly, driven by electrification and software-enabled differentiation. This role serves as a dedicated AWD technology expert, responsible for systematically tracking technology trends, monitoring competitor developments, and leading technical benchmarking activities.The position ensures early identification of technology opportunities and risks and proactively drives innovative product and system concepts that directly support new business growth and long-term competitiveness. **Key Accountabilities:** * Systematically track technology trends in electrified AWD and torque management, with focus on electrification and software-driven architectures * Monitor and analyze competitor products and technical solutions, including architecture, functionality, and performance positioning * Lead and coordinate technical benchmarking activities, converting findings into actionable insights for product and technology strategy * Identify early opportunities and potential risks related to emerging technologies, market direction, and competitive moves * Proactively propose innovative product and system concepts aligned with customer needs and future market requirements * Support new business acquisition activities by providing technical input, differentiation concepts, and feasibility assessments * Collaborate with product engineering, application engineering, and advanced development teams to ensure effective transfer of technology insights into development programs **Qualifications & ****Requirements****:** * Solid technical background in AWD systems, torque management, driveline or electrified powertrain systems * Strong understanding of electrification and software-driven vehicle functions * Experience in technical benchmarking, system analysis, or advanced engineering * Ability to translate technical insights into product concepts and business-relevant recommendations * Strong c
