Plan and deliver Bank-wide phishing exercises
Coordinate with stakeholders
Raise change requests
Prepare post-exercise reporting/decks
Coordinate annual and quarterly deliverables
Maintain central evidence repository
Ensure audit-ready documentation
Assign e-learning modules
Monitor and record completions
Provide insights and recommendations
Produce management updates and decks
Coordinate targeted phishing simulations
Distribute collaterals
Select winners for campaign/activity
Distribute to winners and subsidiaries
