Must Have
leading product design, design user-centric experiences with a focus on clarity and usability, building and managing design systems across multiple platforms, mentoring and leading high-performing design teams, translating complex business and financial concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, hands-on experience with prototyping and modern design tools, strategic mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Nice to Have
preferably in fintech or data-intensive platforms, understanding of UX research, usability testing, and design validation techniques, sense of visual design, branding, and consistency across digital products
What You'll Do.
Define and lead the overall UX/UI strategy across Android

Build and scale a design team through mentorship

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with business and product goals

Stay updated on fintech trends
and competitive landscapes
Partner with marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding
