Must Have

7–8 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations, Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with HR vendors and internal stakeholders, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, Experience handling compliance and audits

Nice to Have

Prior experience managing unions will be an added advantage

What You'll Do.

Manage end-to-end payroll administration

Ensure timely processing of statutory payments

Handle quarterly/annual statutory filings

Respond to employee payroll queries

Prepare and submit Salary Journal Vouchers

Submit funding/payment requests

Support HR provisioning activities

Manage labour law compliance

Liaise with the Tax team

Support internal and external audits

Oversee end-to-end retiral processes

Establish and monitor control mechanisms

Manage trust-related matters

Ensure timely gratuity remittance

Support actuarial valuation processes

Provide regular updates to trustees

Develop and maintain HR dashboards

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with the Finance team; stakeholder management; vendor coordination skills; Build and maintain relationships with HR vendors and internal stakeholders
