Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline, Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in payment operations, remittance processing, or financial services, At least 3 years of proven experience in supervising and leading a team, Knowledge of AML regulations, transaction monitoring, and investigation processes, Demonstrated leadership skills, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent command of written and spoken English, Proficient in payment systems, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
Knowledge of CASA and Time Deposit transactions, Proficiency in Putonghua
What You'll Do.
Conduct verification and review of remittance transactions
adherence to internal policies
Apply knowledge of CASA and Time Deposit transactions
Demonstrate expertise in Remittance Operations
Investigate and resolve remittance transactions
Review and monitor AML transactions
Identify and escalate suspicious activities
Coordinate and report funding activities to Treasury
Oversee the Remittance Team during absence of Head
