What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect role. Expertise in CPQ solutions (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce Revenue etc.). Deep understanding of contracting process (new, amendment, renewals etc.). Experience integrating with a billing system e.g., NetSuite SuiteBilling, ZoneCo etc. Demonstrated ability to use AI-native delivery practices, including LLM-assisted solution design, rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, AI-assisted documentation, and AI-supported configuration and code generation. Comfortable with “vibe coding” and conversational development workflows. Proficiency across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Proven experience designing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, HCM, and financial systems. Familiarity with middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Workato, etc.). Understanding of Salesforce API, data synchronization, governance models. Communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical designs into clear business outcomes.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of PSA capabilities. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred. PSA vendor certifications (Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble) preferred.

Provide thought leadership on integrating Salesforce core clouds with PSA solutions.
Architect and oversee integrations between PSA solutions, ERP systems, financial platforms, and other business applications.
Develop best practices, development standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce implementations.
Assess and recommend new Salesforce features, AppExchange apps, and third-party tools.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring development teams.
