What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic data mining, Basic data processing, Basic analytical skills, Good knowhow of banking industry enterprise wide risk procedures, Inclination to understand bank’s internal systems, Good knowledge of MS Excel, Good knowledge of MS PPT, Good at written communication skills
Nice to Have
Background from Banking/ Financial industry, Background from Big4, Background from Financial KPOs, Ability to develop macros, Industry knowledge of ORM applications, Industry knowledge of ERM applications
What You'll Do.
Assist 2nd Line Management
Improve / Monitor Non-Financial Risk Management
Execute projects/tasks assigned by Management
Operational Risk Management
Assist Supervisors in framing decisions
Assist Management in reporting
Conduct Business continuity risk management
Oversee BCM risk management function
Support Global Head Office BCM initiatives
Assist in Information security risk management
Oversee IS risk management function
Support Global Head Office IS initiatives
Liaising with Auditors
Liaising with Regulatory authorities
Establishing and modifying Policies
Operational Risk Stress testing
Collaborate with local SMEs
Report risk events/issues to CRO
Preparation and submission of reports
Centrally monitor / manage new product status
Periodic Assessment of Existing Products
Carry out any other assignment
