Must Have
15+ years of experience in healthcare data, Direct experience commercializing RWD solutions, Demonstrated success defining revenue growth strategies, Ability to operate at strategic and executional level, Proven ability to translate market intelligence, Experience with inorganic growth strategy, Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, Financial and operational acumen, Working understanding of revenue, Working understanding of pipeline, Working understanding of pricing economics, Working understanding of retention dynamics, BA or BS degree in technical or business discipline, Equivalent work experience required, Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience commercializing RWD solutions for life sciences customers, Master’s degree (MBA or relevant technical graduate degree) preferred

Full Job Description

Work Location: This position is designated as remote. However, employees who reside within a 40-mile radius of one of our office locations in Tampa, FL; Canonsburg, PA; or Bowie, MD will follow a hybrid work schedule and are expected to work in the office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Overview The AVP of GTM Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of Employer. Job Requirements 15+ years of experience in healthcare data direct experience commercializing or deploying RWD solutions for life sciences customers (biopharma, medical device, CROs, HEOR) strongly preferred. Demonstrated success defining and executing revenue growth strategies in complex, cross-functional environments, with the ability to operate credibly at both the strategic and executional level. Strong understanding of the RWD regulatory and policy landscape, including FDA RWE guidance, CMS data programs, and evolving data use and privacy frameworks.
