Reporting to the VP, Financial Reporting, the AVP, Financial Reporting will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of all US GAAP financial reporting requirements across all business entities. What You Will Do: Oversee and prepare group consolidations in support of quarter- and year-end close Support the US GAAP external and internal reporting process including the preparation of annual US GAAP financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and any presentation for internal and external parties including but not limited to the Disclosure Committee, Audit Committee, Board, Investors, Banks, as well as Rating Agencies Prepare the financial reporting requirements
