In this role, you will ensure Finance’s business needs are clearly translated into effective technology solutions—from concept through delivery—while driving strong testing, validation, and seamless integration into day‑to‑day Finance operations. You will be the trusted Finance leader throughout the systems lifecycle, ensuring solutions deliver real business value. You will develop deep expertise across core Finance processes, including general ledger, financial close, management and regulatory reporting, financial planning and analysis, and key actuarial finance interfaces. As the voice of Finance, you will partner closely with Technology and senior stakeholders to influence design decisions, prioritize enhancements, and enable scalable, future‑ready platforms. In addition, you will lead and develop a team of Finance Analysts, driving continuous improvement, process simplification, and smarter ways of working across the Finance function.
