What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 5 years extensive experience in Credit Administration and Legal Documentation review, Experience in preparing in-house (Letter of Offer) and external legal counsel documentations (Facility Agreement), Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Nice to Have
CFA, CPA, FRM, Series 7/63/65, CAIA, CFP, ACCA, ACA
What You'll Do.
Manage complex documentation deals
Handle middle office operations
Support credit administrative functions
Ensure compliance with terms
Monitor covenants and exceptions
Work with relationship managers
Implement facility limits
Maintain credit documentation
Setup loan account and tranche
Attend to business partners’ queries
Coordinate business continuity plan
Perform risk controls self-assessments
Review operation process/workflows
Assist in ad-hoc projects
Contribute to process improvements
Assist in collating MIS data
Assist in reporting to Regulatory bodies
