What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in securities settlements, Hands-on experience in digital asset settlements, Product knowledge of digital assets, Proven track record in leading operational teams, Managing high-volume, high-value transactions, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for operational reporting and analysis, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to manage operational risk and maintain control discipline, Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, Adaptability to fast-evolving digital asset technologies and processes, Flexibility regarding working hours and working days (including week-ends)
Nice to Have
Deep understanding of blockchain transaction flows, Settlement finality, Custody infrastructure, Proficiency in reconciliation tools, Blockchain explorers, Settlement tracking systems
