S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident (i. e. , current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum

What You'll Do.
Liaise with production for operational support
Triage issues regarding LRU hardware testing
Optimize manufacturing test flows for avionics systems
and robustness of process
Review and approve manufacturing processes for test of
Drive disposition and corrective actions for non-conformances
Provide training and improve work instructions for production
Lead Material Review Board (MRB) efforts for avionics
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of nonconforming materials
Provide feedback on findings to PCBA quality and
Maintain and update test station documentation
Improve test stability
Guarantee quality of measurement data
Reduce test set up errors
Reduce workmanship errors
Ensure high quality space flight hardware
Execute test rack commissioning for new production test
Coordinate yearly test rack calibration
Recommissioning test systems back to production
Troubleshoot and repair test set ups
Develop reporting tools on manufacturing KPIs
Travel to CMs to set up on-site testing
Train technicians/operators
