Avionics Systems Service Engineer (Experienced or Senior) **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA**) is looking for a******Avionics Systems Service Engineer****(Experienced or Senior)** to join their team in **Seal Beach, CA.** **_Position Overview:_** As an Avionics Systems Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to assist airline customers in resolving real-time technical problems and issues on Boeing Commercial airplanes. This includes answering general systems functionality inquiries, resolving short to medium-term problem reports, investigating long-term issues, and providing proactive fleet guidance. You will collaborate with operators to recover Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and address other time-sensitive situations affecting operations. This may require troubleshooting either remotely or on-site with the operator to return a grounded airplane to revenue service. All tasks will be accomplished utilizing the latest Boeing tools, technology, data analytics, and real-time fleet monitoring data. **Boeing Customer Support operates on a 24/7/365 basis. Employees must be willing to work flexible hours and/or non-standard shifts to support our fleets.
