Return grounded airplane to revenue service; Ensure compliance with engineering processes; Return airplanes to revenue service; Ensure continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, 3+ years of experience in an engineering discipline, 1+ years of project management experience, Able and willing to work off shift hours (24/7/365-day operation. Saturday and Sunday may be required workdays), Willing and able to travel 10% of the time domestically and internationally
Nice to Have
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience in the area of Communications and Navigation (e. g. VHF/HF, SATCOM, LRRA, ISS, INR, TCAS, GPS), Experience presenting to customers, stake holders and teams., Ability to collaborate with multiple team functions, Willingness to expand into technical areas without prior experience, Desire to continuously improve our airplanes
What You'll Do.
Assist airline customers resolving technical problems
Answer systems functionality inquiries
Resolve problem reports
Investigate long-term issues
Provide proactive fleet guidance
Collaborate with operators to recover AOG
Address time-sensitive situations
Troubleshoot remotely or on-site
informational support
Troubleshoot system problems
Create technical documentation
Review technical design
Participate in design reviews
Observe tests and audits
Provide engineering design disposition
Design engineering solutions
Provide analysis of engineering solutions
Conduct root cause analysis
Develop dispositions for non-conformances
Develop customer correspondence
Assess system event reports
