What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications, 1+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, qualifying electrical/electronic systems, Classroom or work related programming experience with any of the following software development languages: Ada, C, C++, C#, JAVA, and Python

Nice to Have

3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience, 2+ years of full-time aerospace industry experience with Avionics, Flight Management System and Electrical Systems, Experience with Agile, Experience working with DOORS, ClearQuest, Experience with Confluence, Jira, Version One, Experience presenting data to both technical and non-technical customers, Experience working/leading software development programs, Experience working with geographically diverse teams, Experience with analyzing aircraft data, Knowledge of how to derive and allocate system requirements and show traceability, Experience with MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429 communication protocols, Military/Commercial Aircrew experience, Private Pilot License, Flight Instructor certification
