U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident (i. e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related technical field, 5+ years designing wire harnesses for space/aerospace applications, 5+ years creating advanced schematics, system interconnect diagrams (SID), block interconnect diagrams (BID), and wiring interconnect diagrams (WID), 5+ years of experience with Creo, Windchill and Routed Systems (or comparable 3D software), Expertise with harness standards including IPC/WHMA-A-620A and NASA-STD-8739. 4, electrical/mechanical design skills using advanced 3D CAD software

Nice to Have

Experience with CREO Schematics and/or ZUKEN software, Expertise routing and installing RF coax cables in challenging environments, Additional experience with high-end CAD routing software, Integrated electrical and mechanical routing knowledge, Background with launch vehicle or spacecraft electrical/mechanical systems, History of designing and integrating electrical harnessing for spacecraft, launch vehicles, or aircraft
