What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement., at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”., 3+ years of experience working within FAA (Or EASA) regulations., Experience communicating complex technical risks, translating impact, and advising senior leaders., Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time both domestically and Internationally.

Nice to Have

5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplined, complex engineering projects and teams across multiple organizations., Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation., Experience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment., Experience presenting to executive level leadership.
