What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics/warehousing, experience in material management for government, DoD, or commercial supply chain, High School Diploma or GED required, Ability to obtain/maintain United States Secret Security Clearance, US Citizenship is required to obtain/maintain United States Secret Security Clearance, Experience in and capable of managing supply functions such as storage, issue, inspection, research, repairable processing, shipping, receiving, warehousing, aircraft maintenance support, preparing requisitions, procurement, and accounting for aircraft parts and equipment, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
Nice to Have
2+ years experience in Aviation Parts Acquisition preferred, 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferred, FAA or DoD related aviation supply parts experience
What You'll Do.
Validate aircraft parts status
Manage inventory and storage of aircraft parts
Manage receiving and shipping out repairs
Update aircraft data collection systems files
Assist with all Parts Logistics Support operations
Maintain status trackers
Ensure property records and documentation are maintained
Compile and submit reports
Initiate purchase requisitions
Manage transportation of goods
Manage allocation of procurements
Provide KPIs and data for logistic support
Forecast and track procurements for purchase
repair and/or calibration
Manage contract material funding
Ensure transportation compliance and requirements
Control inventory of Government assets
and host country issues
Prepare correspondence for Government review
Assist with establishing and maintaining written procedures
Establish and maintain stocking levels of Government Property
Maintain inventory at lowest possible cost
Maintain accurate records of Government Property

Team & Collaboration
Consider and engage all stakeholders to help ensure the most effective solutions to problems; Maintain open and continuous communications and updates as appropriate; Work closely with Business Manager and Program Manager; Interface with Program Manager and Logistics Manager on issues involving procedural deficiencies
