Ensure rights part/right time are met to sustain program requirements; Provide leadership with KPI’s and necessary data; Ensure adequate logistic support; Maintain inventory at lowest possible cost to the Government; Ensure materials are available to meet maintenance requirements

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics/warehousing, experience in material management for government, DoD, or commercial supply chain, High School Diploma or GED required, Ability to obtain/maintain United States Secret Security Clearance, US Citizenship is required to obtain/maintain United States Secret Security Clearance, FAA or DoD related aviation supply parts experience, Experience in and capable of managing supply functions such as storage, issue, inspection, research, repairable processing, shipping, receiving, warehousing, aircraft maintenance support, preparing requisitions, procurement, and accounting for aircraft parts and equipment, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
Nice to Have
2+ years experience in Aviation Parts Acquisition preferred, 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage material requirements and control
Direct and manage all logistics
Validate aircraft parts status
Assist with budget accounting
Maintain aircraft data collection systems files
Manage Parts Logistics support operations
Process purchase requisitions
Maintain status trackers
Source vendors and pricing
Maintain property records and documentation
Compile and submit reports
Initiate purchase requisitions
Manage transportation of goods
Allocate procurements
Provide KPI's and data
Provide cost estimates
Explain cost variances
Forecast and track procurements
Manage contract material funding
Ensure transportation compliance
Ensure inventory control
Resolve customer issues
Resolve shipment issues
Resolve host country issues
Prepare correspondence for Government review
Establish written procedures
Control Government Furnished Property
Control Contractor Acquired Property
Submit changes to procedures
Establish stocking levels
Maintain inventory at lowest cost
Maintain accurate records of Government Property
Perform other duties as assigned
